True Love and Devotion

Sometimes loving someone unconditionally,means you have to devote yourself even if that devotion seems like a weakness to the person you love.

It’s so pathetic,

How my world can be destroyed,

From a single look,

Of displeasure on your face.

I want so badly,

To show you I can be strong,

But when it comes to you,

I can never win a case.

I am hoplessly devoted,

To the cause of your smile,

And if I have to answer for this crime,

I’ll plead guilty in every trial.

Even if the sentence,

Is to never get close to you.

I just believe,

Love and devotion for another,

Should always reign true.
