A poem befitting Gaia’s honor.
Tru’est Truth
Another day before my eyes
From the east comes a blazing sunrise
Her pines alive with ancient mystery
Nature gives to you and me
A glimpse of her profound beauty takes my breath away
Nature’s beauty fills another day
Her grass is the purest green and her sky a somber blue
She gives and gives to me and you
Most cannot see her grand design
Scurrying around with eyes that see yet still are blind
A constant wonder and true miracle
Death for us all without her globe so spherical
A time will come when humans cease to be
Our loving mother will erase all trace of humanity
North, south, east, and west
All around Gaia at her very best
So take a look and do it often
Before your journey leads to your coffin
