Second in the triplet poem, "Body, Mind and Spirit;" the mind.

Image via Wikipedia | Consciousness ` the new black.

`

Conciousness, mind, thought…

Within and without.

Nascent, immaterial, temporary…

The beginning of everything taught.

`

Mind.

Extends to edges of all known and into the tiniest crevace.

Instant colours; dreams and phantasies,

Dark, light and mass.

`

My mind wanders hither and yon,

Across nations, and kindred and tongues,

Reaching far into illustrious quarters,

Or deep into underground runs.

`

I have beheld much with my senses,

Crafting more with what’s in my head,

Dined with rouges and with princes,

And even communed with the dead.

`

My mind is my ticket to freedom,

No realm is locked to it’s call,

Imaginings beyond imagination,

My mind is my freedom’s call.

`

Feed it with raw education,

Coax it with fun and with all,

Then you mind will surprise you,

Taking you wherever you call.

`

Your mind is your ticket to freedom.
