Twinkling like a star of dust

Spreads through my heart like metal through rust

Enlightened eyes beckons love in my life

The stars of hope brings the end of my strife

You jump-start my heart like electric at disco

You breathe air to my lungs and rip out all gallows

My life just belongs with you

My tears are forgotten like the morning’s dew

My soul, with you, starts anew

With you, there’s nothing I cannot do

Awwww….This reminds me of my favorite song “I wanna know” by Joe, saying everything a man should say or know when in a relationship. Actually paying attention and saying what’s on your heart instead of hide it, wanting to be tough. i like this poem the best.
