Before making the decision of taking it to court, think of the time, consequences, and loss!
The Ungrateful Woman
You seem to know everything especially about me
Yet you weren’t complaining when I was fulfilling your needs.
The fancy restaurants and privy motels, do you remember
Soft spoken words and the world around us ready to be discovered.
Money was no object, spending here and there
Gold and precious gems, one hundred percent human hair.
I remember spending without no regrets
Then to find out you’re an ingrate.
Then the bundle of joy came and we were delighted
The planning of the baby shower made you excited
Love was in the air, kissing and caressing and all the good stuff
There was no turning back, no need to give up.
Then something happened the world turned it’s course
Now my life’s filled with regrets and remorse.
Trying to please you couldn’t be harder
You should have stayed out of court if you were smarter
And your mind wouldn’t be in such a clutter
This is what happens when you only think of the dollar
You lost the battle of trying to be strong
Especially when told by a judge you are wrong.
Ummm and I sit here with a smile
Don’t have to go that extra mile.
Today I’m a very happy man
You ungrateful woman!!!!
I get to see my child, pay my child support
While you sit in your house trying to make it a home.
