The mind is restless
ever changeful
and discontented
It is turbulent
easily agitated
with currents
of confusion
and commotion
It is obstinate
unreasonably persistent
stubborn
and
unyielding
The mind is very strong
a reservoir
of great power
and intelligence
And to subdue it
is more difficult
than taming
the wind.
