People always yearn for freedom.

The rusty chain tying me down

Leave blisters on my skin as I moved

Searching a blinding light of hope

That may become my salvation

Tied down, I might be alone

But the heart still lingers around

For another ray of chance

In the quest of my eternity

Until I’m allowed to be free

My resolve will keep me from dying

For another eternity to come

And take me where the light is
