Untitled #6

Raindrops falling on the roof

Tree branches thrashing in the wind

The urgent weather described herein

Is how I feel about my friend

Urgency at the very least

Can make one lose his way

Better yet to take the time

And learn it right today

But urgent feelings can’t be ignored

They should be allowed to grow

If kept pent-up inside the heart

Then one can’t truly know…
