A supernatural downfall for mankind.

Beneath this weak crust
we stumble across
lay lethargic Lava.
It appears to be loyal
sitting below the soil,
but be assured It gives wake
to formidable Fires.
Fires that heed horns
and breath scorns
upon Its path to society.
It cannot, dare not
be tamed by man;
beware of Its hand
pulling on your life and soul,
persisting for control
along Its inquisitive quest
to show mankind
he is not alone.

    Wonderful imagery. It can not, dare not be tamed by man; beware of its hand pulling on your life and soul, persisting for control. That\’s good right there, for man can control a few of natures forces, but nature ultimately holds the power.
