It all started out innocent at first without concern

A fun time for all was the original goal

With care free living and self pleasure

Vacation with the devil I did not know about burning coal

The risk was hidden from my benefit

Yet my punishment would soon be at hand

I only saw the fun before me

I was playing in some else domain

If it was fun it could do no harm

I was surely walking with blinder on

Vacation with the devil at your own risk

With him you do not wish to be one

The comfort was in the crowd

I did not wish to stand alone

The vacation package only stated the good

The fine print stated the hellish ever after

You will not hear sounds of laughter

You will not enjoy this moment at all

Vacation with the devil is not about pleasure

It is a destination without a reward in the end
