  Ironbutt here, let me wipe off this grease,

put down my wrench,

tell you all what I think.

Now tomorrow will be Veterans Day,

lot of good men and women earning their pay………the hard way.

Course  now we all think we bust our butts,

cooking, doctoring, welding  and such…

but at the end of the day, when we call it a night ,

we ain’t to worried about a fire fight.

Loading ammo,  mortars dropping in,

securing a rest stop or MEDVAC a friend.

So, this Veterans Day , grill, relax, have some fun

and just by chance…just a slight,

how about telling a Vet job well done.
