Victims ever increasing
Demands just becoming more
Volunteers needs support
Nourishment for self esteem,restore
Burn-out depletes motivation
Energy levels in frustration
Appreciation ever in need
Expectation very steep
Workshops place for upload
Counseling sessions for download
Helping others is my reason
Non involvement seen as treason
