Internet connection

went so well

for many, many months,

while I was searching

and browsing

and reading

and learning

about online opportunities.

So then I applied.

And hurrah, for me,

I got accepted.

Not one,

but two exciting online jobs.

When work had started coming

Internet connection

became erratic

sometimes slow,

sometimes slower

and coming to a full stop

not just for a few hours

but for days!

Whose fault was it?

Mine? for working online?

for choosing such provider?

for not complaining enough?

The weather?

And cables underwater?

Ahhh…

Deadlines unmet,

absence on scheduled work hours,

waiting, and hoping

for connection to be fixed.

Nothing to do

but let this frustration out

on paper

and maybe, to post this tirade later today

or maybe tomorrow

or on Sunday
