The menopause seems to be the rage in me at the moment. So i’m full of those hormones kicking left and right. I thought I’d write another poem about the menopause. Sending a message clear and loud out to all you men out there. We women certainly don’t have it easy! So be gentle with us unpredictable females.
So I’ll take the walk
But I don’t want to take the talk
Because I’m going through the menopause
So I can’t take on another cause
Opps!… I’ve tripped over again
Now those rages sink in!
I know I can’t win!
Wait a minute!…
My hormones have calmed down
Whoops! I think I’ve found my sound
Tick!…Tock!….Tick!…Tock!…
All is sound on the underground
I give smile to the air
I can feel the breeze run through my hair
It feels wonderful….
Onwards I do roam
I think I’m nearing home
Wait a minute!…
Which way is it!
I think I’ve lost my way!
My head is thinking!…
Thinking!…Thinking!…Thinking!
Here I go again
My head the meopause is shrinking!
