A poetic admonition that tomorrow never comes.
Waitin’ For Tomorrow
How many people,
Have lost today,
While waitin’ for tomorrow,
Not doin’ what they can,
When they can,
’Cause tomorrow will be better,
But tomorrow won’t be better,
Unless you get busy today,
And work to access the hope,
That tomorrow represents,
’Cause otherwise ’tis certain,
That waitin’ for tomorrow,
Is just markin’ time,
And really only waitin’
For the grim reaper to appear!
