Waiting for the crisis

Will do us no good,

Decide now to live wisely

That’s the way we should,

The oil sources are destined to deplete

And even the beach soil is turning to peat,

Once it happens, there is no repeat,

Should we be ready to accept defeat?

The plants will die of drought,

Fresh air has to be bought,

Oxygen will be rare,

Nothing will be free; there will be a fare,

The carbon will coat the world,

The food will be priced more than the gold,

Don’t wait for the crisis, act now,

Start living with nature, like hand in glow.
