Waiting in the local barber shop

Getting my looks right for tonight

I try to not let the time between cut laps much

In order to look and keep as fresh as I can

Besides it makes me feel better

Not just on the outside but inside as well

It is nothing like a new trim or cut

Because this summer weather has been hot as hell

The barber shop is our gathering spot

Where people share their opinions freely

Sometimes the discussions get kind of hot

However people try to stay respectful although they may not

So, as condition change against the political tides

To live in the world is never easy

Whether you feel your issue is on the right side

No one know but father time

Our values stay constant as our opinion evolve

Everyone is human and a stake from the start

We all wish they could be the one who solve

These issues we face so dear to our hearts
