One day while walking in the woods, I saw an unusual sight.

A bear was playing with a deer, and neither was scared with fright.

They played hopscotch and tag all day long.

They skipped, jumped and ran from dusk until dawn.

They had a picnic beneath the huge oak tree

where they had sandwiches, fruit, cookies and ice tea.

After they finished playing they said their goodbye’s

and said that they would meet again beneath the clear blue sky.
