One of my happier poems…
Wall of glass
I stand at my wall of glass,
glass that steals time and thought,
if only there was a way,
to peer through its misty walls,
at it’s horrible but stunning land,
populated by all our beauty,
governed by the rules of space,
limited to the borders of comprehension,
but vast into all rivers of knowledge,
It’s alive with you and I,
here to be for eternity,
seen by all eyes,
yes that is this wall of mine,
a wall that is also yours,
the wall is every thing and can be anyone’s,
but the glass is ours and is only a window,
a window of a world,
a window of our world,
now come and sit with me,
let our gaze plant a seed,
one seed is all we will ever need,
on our small planet Earth
