This poem was inspired by my friend’s book "Wandering Wounds".
“Wandering Wounds”
Wandering wounds
For the wounded
For healing
For finding yourself
For believing
For dealing
With things that surround us
Embrace us
Affect us
These wandering wounds
They will never reject us
There’s no life without them
In time they will heal
And always remind us
Our existence is real
So those that are wounded
Those yet to be too
Let these wandering wounds
Be a life guide for you
