Poem about life.
War in my World
Hate my life
This world is at war
Someone broke the law and broke into my car
Robbers, thieves, double devils on the loose
The love of life lost me it’s no use
Lonely time down trodden life no worth what’s the use
It would be great to find redemption in God’s church
Fake strange range preachers teaching a fake doctrine
Speaking from their lust blowing like the wind mockin’
Keeping people hostage when will it be over
My dreadful lifetime torn a scorn
Sometimes, somedays I hate I was born
I cursed the day my life came into existence
Often my reason for living makes no sense
Like living in a caged fence
Black world in chaos hate held one out of three in prison
Government, congress and legislators all committing treason
Hated in our race by our race and by other races
Feels like a double whammy war down know one to trust
No fuel for friendship quitting why do I even try
People struggling to pay bills barely getting by
A threat of recession lays peoples in confession
Interest low annual percentage rates double digits
You know the man on top isn’t trying to fix it
Our world our economy totally in trouble
Mexico condo’s now crumbling rubble
Rage, calamity evil running rampant in our streets
Gun shots ringing high overflow of bad police in bad beats
Helps need to come on the double not by United Way
Referring the people leading all astray
Police injustice create ungodliness unnecessary hurt
Leaving dead bodies buried in the dirt
Cut, scrapped bruised little love found
Triumph ring loud call me from the ground
Ready to go home no one to love me so
I hate it I’m not a quitter just ready to go home
Sometimes I just want to fly
