Today reminds me of Fall
As a chill fills the air
It’s actually very cool
Still birds sing everywhere.

A good day just to stay inside
As the sky is overcast and gray
The sun somehow pops out with beautiful warmth
Yet overall it looks like it should be a rainy day.

The coolness of the air is actually quite refreshing
Still I’d much rather have the sun
Though I don’t really mind a few days like this
Although I also won’t be sad if this is the only one.

It’s just so crazy
As Spring is really starting to show
Maybe Mother Nature’s getting tired
And looking less, out Her window.

As the weather’s been ever changing
Some seasons too short, some too long
Maybe She can no longer read Her calendar
And has finally lost track of where we belong.

The winters to me seem to be longer
Robbing the other Seasons of their time
For definitely Summer seems shorter
Fall comes earlier, Spring slow though still sublime.

Still whatever the weather I’ll take it
For it’s better than no days at all
Though it seems just like the world today
Mother Nature may need an overhaul.
