Wasting Time

A little advice.

With the blink of an eye we will all be gone

Most of us here with nothing done

Time spent living an empty life

Afraid to move from a hidden strife

Time passes quickly as we move on

Time passes slowly as we pause apon

Life is to be lived and not just exist from day to day

We must express ourselves in our own unique way

use all of your senses that was given to you

feed them with the things they are supposed to do

so leave the addictions and the depressions of the mind

Be kind to yourself and stop wasting time..

Excellent and very true. The mind is a terrible thing to waste. And since the mind is so powerful, we must Not allow our thoughts of negativity or defeat to control us. Somtimes people become fearful and as a result, they don’t accept challenges and become stuck. Full of doubts and worries, they remain in this bubble scared of doing anything with their lives and then they become old and realized that time did slip by. And then it might be too late and they are faced with all these regrets wondering why they didn’t do it before.
