Can’t believe I have written four versions for this series.
;)

Stationery are getting beautiful each day

Not only for using but also for nice display

Today we shall discuss three more items

Why I say they are like us, are we so decent?

We are like the rectangular or square shape notebook

Many kinds of design, as we are having many kind of look

Some are beautiful, some are cute, we don’t bear to use

Once we write or scribble, they won’t be as good as new

We are like the round head sharp thumb tack

On the outer looks harmless but not at the back

Being possessive, refuses to set the object free

The victim is hurt as we pin it tightly without mercy

We are like the pencil holder

Which is placed on the table

The pencils and his family once put in place

When you need them, they are there to stay

We are like the stationery we use daily

Some are simple, some are not really

Whether cute or beautiful, awful or old

If they are usable, use them, don’t throw

Dear Friends, I actually submitted this article but there were some errors and I have removed and resubmitted, however, I still see few precious comments from the removed one, so I now copy and paste them here as they will soon disappear.  Thanks for your comments and support again.

Star, excellent observations. Stationery looks more appealing to me after reading your poems. Well-done.

  • mtrguanlao on Nov 9, 2011

I love stationeries! So this is part four, yay! I missed the three!

  • Starpisces on Nov 10, 2011

    thanks friends again.

As I mentioned, I have submitted earlier and removed, even erased the contents and resubmitted, but the old post still exist, so I copy and paste the comments inside this post below the article. As Lady Sunshine mentioned, maybe Triond really loves my post so much, lol.

  • Lady Sunshine on Nov 11, 2011

I hope Triond is paying you for both posts, Star. Wouldn’t be fair if they keep the deleted post and not give you the earnings. Granted, Authspot don’t pay much. (My God, I look terrible. LOL.)

  • Christine Ramsay on Nov 22, 2011

You are so right in your observations. You have put them together beautifully in this poem, Star.

  • CA Johnson on Nov 23, 2011

I love reading this series. It is amazing how you were able to find different ways to compare us to stationery. I cannot wait for part five.
