Tomorrow is not promised. All we have is today, NOW, to serve Him and do what he would have us do.

Welcome to now; the past is all gone.
It can’t be repeated. Those days are all done.
They’ll never return so there’s no sense in waiting,
Or over your soul’s sad condition now waiting!
Welcome to now. The past can’t return.
Get busy and work while the days yet do burn.
There’s work we must do and crowns to be won.
Get busy and labour ere the days are all done.
Welcome to now. There are memories to keep.
A pile of witness stones now to heap.
Your children will ask in the days to come,
“What meaneth these stones? Where are they from?”
Welcome to now, for gone is the past.
Each new day that comes is lengthening fast.
So soon it is gone- Fast burned in its oil.
So fill all its hours with labour and toil!
Welcome to now, to the task that’s at hand,
As we draw ever nearer to Heaven’s fair Land!
Follow His path, and walk in His Light,
And work as He bids thee; fast cometh the night!
Welcome to now. Now give Him your heart.
Follow the Saviour, for Him make a start.
Better not vow, than to vow and not pay,
But welcome to now, for now is high day!
Welcome to now. The future’s not come.
Not yet- ah, but soon- will we enter our Home.
Victorious o’er sin through His Blood- that is how.
Well done is your service, but welcome to now!
Welcome to now- No, the future’s not come.
But we’re well on our journey to that Heavenly Home.
Then He will reward us with crowns on our brow,
As we bow in our reverence, and thank Him for now!
