I’ve been outside, it’s lovely out there.
Coming in from the rain,
Shake the outside off
And put the inside on,
I’m on the inside out and about
And I like to shout
All around the place,
“I’ve been outside!
It’s lovely out there,
But only now
That I’m back in here!
And I want to dance
As I sing in the shower
And I fart like a dog
Who’s been fed fifty sheep!”
So I throw off my boots
And they bounce off the chair
And I dance like a fairy
And play with my hair
And the way I sit down says,
“I can’t get back up, no,
Not even if mad naked people come in.”
So I look out the window
At the rain and the grass
And I think to myself,
I’ve got a nice…
Face!
