This is a poem about "Gratefulness".
When a man learns to say “Thank You”
He learns to be grateful.
When a “Man” appreciates graces,
He learns to be thankful
Yet in this life we should learn that,
Even the ungrateful
Deserves to have one more favor
When a man becomes ungrateful
He can lose the graces
Grace is something that is given
Graces are not made in heaven
But, heavenly made on earth
He who earns favor incurs debt
And a gratitude’s dept,
Is one’s gratefulness until death
So many things to be thankful
Reasons to be grateful
And thousand ways to be graceful
Grateful man don’t forget
Generous always remembers
Graces are there to share
Virtue for us to care
It will not take much of your time
Neither cost you a dime
“Thank You”, a smile, a hug or kiss
Even a warm embrace
A tap on the shoulder will do
Note or text message too
To thank you is to acknowledge
Your generosity,
You are part of Humanity
God’s creation like me.
