The answer is so simple and true, from Richard Branson to the beggar on the street; everybody has this in common apart, from wanting to eat…

Every single human being has one common denominator, that’s right and is not happiness.
So what could this be you may be wondering, well lets just look at some examples of typical goals;
to have lots of money
to buy a big house
to have peace of mind
to help lots of people and do charitable deeds
to make to the world a better place
to make it to the next month
to get a promotion
to publish a book
to become a super model
for my team to win the cup
for my family to be happy
to find my true self
all of these destinations/goals have one thing in common. See if you ask the question “and once you achieve/arrive what will that do for you? And once you have got there what will that do for you? And once you have done that what will it do for you? Common answers are going to ;
I’l feel content,
I’l feel satisfied,
I’l feel happy,
I’l feel secure,
I’l feel worthy,
I’l feel deserving,
I’l feel better, do you see word that keeps showing up?? Yes of course it is the word feel, we are all chasing the feeling we will have once we get there. OK but that sounds too simple too bland someone once said to me. But lets look at it closely if all we are chasing a feeling that doesn’t mean we stop it just means we can deal with more that happens. Lets face it we are all going to face problems challenges and obstacles. We will all have to face losing someone we love we will all face negativity and conflict. I used to believe if you stay positive and only think positive then you will increase your chance of positive results. Well I found out something different, IL tell you that next time.

Back to the word FEEL who is in control? You, the weather, the person driving the car infront….these are all contributing factors to how you feel. Now it is possible to manage how you feel, something Priya mentioned was why do people choose to feel sad, disheartened and negative? Well can all be manage as long as you respond and not react. The ability to respond in a situation can bring out a completely different outcome and every outcome is intended to make us or someone else Feel better. So would you like a tool that you can use in everyday life for everyday situations ?????
