That is the question human resources agents can ask you. They want to know what are your assets. Sometimes, your weaknesses can turn into an asset for example when you say you can work a night shift instead of an afternoon shift especially in Summer when it is hot.
You make a difference,
you are not different.
This means that the difference
is acceptable if you are not different
from others but someone who can make a difference.
We have to support each other,
and work together to help,
the world be something other
than a perpetual disaster because the help
or assistance we need is not there.
So, you know what to do,
and who you are for that is important,
because that is how you decide to do,
what is for you the most important.
