A thank you poem to Craig Ownens formerly of Chiodos thanking him for his impact on music and letting him know what his talent means to me. Im sure he will never read this but hey, its my page.

I feed off the art you bleed,

I want you to know what it means to me,

So many times I was alone and confused,

Feeling hopless and abused,

You bring me back to life with a single verse,

Give me inspiration when Im at my worst,

Healing in your voice for the world to hear,

Lullaby me to sleep when Im consumed by fear,

Angels live and sing through you,

Picking me up from the ground when Im feeling blue,

Words cant describe the inspiration you give,

That will be a part of me as long as I live,

Thank you for sharing you talent with us all,

And for for picking me up when I fall.

These are really words and feelings of triumph. You truly do appreciate others. But Billy, please don’t let bitterness get the upper hand in your life for that only brings despair and you have so much love in your heart that needs to be shared with others. Thank you for your comment on my work.
