Poem responding to a particularly bad day.

When is enough enough

I am so sick of stuff

I turn around

and bam

doors slam

and all the while

particularly when I’m close to a smile

stuff cramps my style

What do you do when doors slam

and you find yourself in a jam

Do you cry or pray

curse or stray

what exactly do you say

I’m so very sick of stuff

enough is enough

and regardless to what you say

you rise to the occasion the very next day

doors slamming

people cramming

so sad so true

but what can you do

except say out loud

how rainy your cloud

and wish and hope

and sigh and cope

and sleep

and weep

until there is no more

or better yet, slam a door.

Noisy , sensitive poetry so far . Just slam the door if you are angry , at least don’t hurt others …ha ha ha

true, sometimes doors must be slammed for our own sanity.

shutting a door by slamming it is making a clear decision that you are leaving that place behind. nice poetry. x
