Life sometimes attacks a person when they are already down. It’s alright. Life will get better, but only if you allow it to. Nothing is 100% fair all the time. So get up, dust yourself off, and move forward.

vivacious qualities
battering an old wound
arrogant in a way
charming the pants off me
but what happens
