Thinking the worst of you

Worry not about them

For they are your test

Testimony comes from test

A test of faith in God

Seeing truly if you believe in Him

Or if you’re more into earthly respect

The thing you must understand

Is that it’s good to be criticized

For you learn to differentiate between

Those who are and aren’t on your side

The foolishness of this world

Rest with the so-called world wisdom

The very same wisdom that seeks to mock

The purposes of God’s decisions

Meaning that many will judge those

Based on what they feel is right

Rather than just believing in God

They bring their misconceptions to light

Believing only what they want to

Thinking all should be like them

Unaware of the foolishness

That rest within them

For they could never truly judge

Nor could they understand

The many things that exists

According to God’s Plan

Always remember to continue

Being the person that you are

For as long as God is in your heart

You’ll shine like the brightest stars
