When you feel suddenly sad and the rain comes making you feel glad.
The night sky’s shadow is falling all over me
The clouds came to bring the sad rain around me
I thought I lost track of this loving feeling made of sunlight
Swirling in a mist of brilliant dreams now a sudden night
The light was so bright the day before, burning my face
Where did the sun go made of bliss, leaving its trace
Crystal clear rain drops fell, making its rainbow along the way
Clapping thunder shook to tell, threatening to take me away
The silver lightning blinded and penetrated me
The rain washing over me till I began to sing out happily
How could I be sad at this water blessing from thee
My life was empty until this rain epiphany came down blissfully
Now she came to understand what was done with clarity
No more tears of rain instead soaking me with your purity
Allowing true love to shine on me through raindrops made of thee
When the rain fell this lonely day I knew love would fine me!
