When We Reunite

A poem about long distance relationships.

Oh!
How beautiful it will be,
When we reunite,
and act like I never left,
Remake all our old memories,
and say things we never got to say.

Oh!
How my heart will smile,
When we reunite.
Rejoice for old times,
Beating faster for all the days ahead.

Oh!
Is this but a mere dream?
Pinch me, for I must be asleep
Alas, if I am not,
I am the luckiest girl
For I have found my soulmate

Oh!
How deep in love am I,
A love eternal,
That will never die.
Oh, how I will smile
When nothing is in between us,
Not even one single mile
