When you go the beach

Bring with you white vinegar

Spray you back with it

And the pain and the redness will be less.

White vinegar does lessen the burn, but getting it on my kids can sure be a pain. They’d rather hurt from the sunburn than smell like vinegar.

The white vinegar is taking out the heat of the sunburn and decreases the symptoms!
