The price for freedom is high.

’A soldier trains for war but praise for peace.’

Daddy what do they do with heroes that don’t have any legs.

caint see any more or hold someones hand?

Daddy what do they do with those heroes,

I just want to know, so I can be there waiting for

you when you come back home.

I know what they do with heroes  that they lay to rest,

I just need to know what they do with the rest.

I hear their names on TV and the evening news,

I just need to know so I can wait there for you.

Daddy there’s this place they’ve all been talking about,

it’s kind of special and everyone is helping out.

I know you’re going to like it cause we can be with you

be there by your side until the healing is  through.

Daddy what do they do with those heroes…?

Very provoking….never is truth told, as when a child speaks.
You have a very excellent insight to the intellect of children. It is sad many more lack this ability.

Once again my Brother, you have put feeling into words……I agree wih L. Dalton when he said, “….never is truth told, as when a child speaks.”
