Are you following God? Is that your plan?
Your aim, your desire, in spite of the fire?
Do you endeavor for Him to stand?
Where is your heart as a saint of God?
Do you follow Him wherever you trod?
With the preparation of the news of salvation,
Are your feet with these shoes always ably shod?
Where is your heart when it comes to God’s man?
Are you always behind him to hold up his hands?
He needs help in the fight, on the left, on the right.
For no man can work when cometh the night!
Sray the hands of God’s man ere the battle doth rage.
Keep on in the fight, whatever the wage.
Stay the hands of each other, your sisters and brothers.
Ere the battle rage long, soon we’ll sing victory’s song!
