A haiku du jour.

I am half naked
Yet I bear the cold wind’s whip
Until winter’s passed

There are some things that are better off not being cold. LOL. Nice work on the poem.

Half-naked on winter. That’s an interesting image you used. Great symbolism.

We clothe ourselves with many things. Often what we are “clothed” in has a great deal to do with how we perceive ourselves and how we are perceived by others.

The winter has to do with the world’s ills. The world has become cold; in many ways devoid of love’s warmth.
