This poem I wrote when someone special had died in my life and it made me devastated.
Why do we look up at the stars
When we are riding in our cars?
We look up hoping to find the one
To give our lives to.
We look up hoping to see the one
Who has died
In our lives
We look up hoping that an angel
Will shine down and help you find the one and only
We look up hoping
That we can can find an answer to our problems.
We look up hoping
That everything can be okay.
We look up hoping
That we can always find our way back home.
