I love writing,whether it be to inform,educate,or amuse.

To vent ,rant or abuse,

It let’s me get my feelings out ,

Now I write instead of shout,

I tell the world what I want them to know .

Maybe little seeds of wisdom sow,

This to me is a way to be immortal,

Someone somewhere will read these words and maybe be helped a little,

maybe they’ll give one of my poems to their child or Mother,

or something I wrote will help people better understand each other.

I do not write for fortune or fame ,

but that would be very nice,

I write to better myself and those around me.

I can think of no higher calling.
