Every Election is getting more expensive than the previous one. This year USA president elections would cost three times higher than the last elections. did you ever think ultimately who pays the price….?

Yesterday when i was reading news paper ,

I was very happy to read that the world economy  is growing .

In America the Presidential candidates  will spend three times more money than the  last elections  ,

India is also not very much behind ,

The state assembly elections are about to begin ,

and the respected candidates  will spend more than double money this time ,

and the most important point is , this is all donated money to the candidates ,

Donation by corporates , big companies and few rich people ,

But the question is , why they donate ?

I am not very intelligent , but i understand that ultimately we ,

the people shall have to pay the price for it ,

After the elections  ,The corporates , the companies shall take the favour from the candidates ,

and ultimately , we  the people has to pay back  the penalty .

Because our only fault  is ,  that we selected the right candidate ?

The candidate who is burdened under the huge obligations of many big Donators,

Should we take the  corrective action right now or  we should we wait any further ?

Please think over it…

And let me know….?

More people need to exercise their right to vote and they need to vote more carefully.

The reason corporations and other donate so much money is they want control over the government. Anyone who is a registered voter needs to do so. This is our privilege…

It is the voice from the deep of the heart. We must think of it and do it a right way! We are the ones who decide our destiny… They need us to support them then why don’t we select the sincere and dead-honest persons!

Business is one thing but bribery and corruption is also an issue people have at the backs of their minds.

It’s all about business and having their own in the government. Donated or bribed, when you’ve had a financial back during the campaign, you’ll have to return the favor some day.

Great Thinking……….Also they are spending much, maybe because SOME of them are getting more in returns.

Just like business they invest then they earn and for SOME country it is the people that suffer for that but that could be another topic, maybe……………..

Of course there are SOME sincere Candidates, we just need to keep our eyes open!

    Thanks for sharing!

Sadly it seems like the government is up for the highest bidder these days.

As a human being we all are obliged to help people in wretched conditions.

If you accept gifts somebody expects something in return. An elected official should not put himself in that position. They aren’t stupid. They play the game.

accept all the gifts and goodies and vote for the candidate of your choice. those will perhaps be the only things you will ever get from them any way… :)

I must agree with megamatt about this. It is sad & unfortunately it’s happening all over the world, not just in the US.

Voting for the right candidate is a minefield, isn’t it? You sure make great arguments for why SO much money is spent on elections – and the taxpayer is the one who pays in the long run.
