The soldier was a young girl,

hearing the pain in her voice,

the wind whirled,

and God had no choice,

she prayed,

he answered,

with anger tinging his voice,

she fought for our freedom,

that he understood,

and she would fight again,

if she could,

that he didn’t understand,

and she had nothing to pin her pain on,

she was just following her command,

death would come quietly,

but God came with a cure,

his divine power was pure,

but now, more fighting is what she would endure,

God would have to learn to cope,

and answer her when she would pray, and hope.
