A poem about the winter season and the joys of the holidays.

The chill comes as the winter sun raises to meet the day

The birds come out to play

Small tiny snow flakes fall through the air

The trees give up their leaves without care

The land is covered in a sea of white

Frigid feelings of cold winter nights

Christmas view dancing in the cool moonlight

Luminous icicles majestically sparkling

Smells of cooking,

Wine drinking,

Sitting by the fireplace fast sleeping

Family and friends gather in the den

Singing of joy and magic from faithful hearts

A reminiscence of the glory and sacrifice He impart

Sharing elation of gifts and sounds

Winter has arrived in this infinite snow-white town

Great poem. Hell, I love winter! Go out and run a couple miles in the cold. Now that’s living, my friends.
