Based on seeing a glass of red wine.

My poems are a glass of water, good poems come in a glass of wine,

hands up all those who drink water, even though you prefer good wine…

Drink refreshing water everyday, then your mind will not decay,

but if you stumble and sway, then put the glass of wine away…

For the waters that I give, will not help you to live,

the only waters of life reliable, are found in god’s word the bible…

My words are just for today, but god’s word can free you of pain,

and if you should stumble or stray, it will bring you back again…..
