It’s not about writing your assignments and official papers . It is about writing about yourself and your daily routine . Whenever you feel exhausted and pressurized by tensions and other factors , just take down few sentences about it . Explain the problems and solutions yourself . You gonna feel lighter and happier after that .
Write poetries , tales or any texts . Sometimes write your past and sometimes about your future plans and ambitions . Write about the time when you were absolutely angry . And also recall your happiest moment in life in your writing .
Imagine and write fictions or just write about your favorite stuffs . Go ahead and write in your own words . Write when you are feeling lonely . Write about your friends, family and childhood memories . Write in gardens , parks or beaches .
Later when you read them , a smile appears for real . Don’t say that you don’t know how to write . You have not to be a famous author or literate person . Simply write from your heart .
