Xmas School Play: Parents Laugh Until They Cry

Well, a little boy was just reading his lines…

This time of the year many schools arrange Nativity plays for the kids. (How Baby Jesus was born and found. The three wise men and all that….)

Well a very young boy had 2 lines to read for his part of the play and it was:

“We have come to see the Baby Jesus.”

“It was a long way.”

But in a funny and innocent way, he said the words like this:

“We have come to see the Baby.”

“Jesus!! It was a long way.”

All the parents were hysterical with laughter. Obviously, he’d been listening to adult conversation around him every day.

Kids. Don’t you just love them.

So funny! That is the joy of the school nativity play. I could write a book about the funny things my pupils did when performing the play.

My kids are the best thing in my life. They can make you feel every emotion you can think of, but they can always make you smile or laugh.
