We worked all day Saturday and cleaned up our yard for spring. These were the results.

New bird bath in my front garden. Photo owned by PR Mace

We cleaned up the yard.

It was no easy task.

But the results were fantastic.

Right down to the grass.

You want to see them?

I’m so glad you asked.

Front garden. It will fill in with elephant ears by May.

Mixed pot of flowers on the side of the front porch.

Hanging plant and wind climes. Wind climes keep birds from building a nest in the plants.

My side patio.

Katie Dog and Pam on the bridge at the side patio. Planted new bushes and flowers.

Kole, Katie and Pam playing frisbee. Kole barks until I throw it.

Thank you for sharing, Pam. I like your pics – your yard looks neat and lovely. I have been working a couple of hours at my flower bed today planting impations and marigolds. And I got a blister on my right hand! It’s a lesson for me to use work gloves next time. :-)

wow, how I envy your lifestyle, though I agree it’s not an easy task, but it’s so nice to have your own garden/yard with beautiful plants/flowers.

Pam, thanks for the visit to your house, It does look all ready for spring and so clean and nice.. Makes me miss my yard since I now live in an apartment. I can’t say I miss all the work that it takes to keep it looking good.

I am happy for you Pam. You are able to get a jump start on those of us who live in the northeast and are drooling to get outside to work in our yards. Temperatures here are still going down into the low 30s at night. Sigh. Your pics are wonderful.
