I choose not to harbor my past failures

I choose not to live with regret

There is a reason yesterday is yesterday

There is a reason for each new day

Get over it… Get over those past hurts

What good purpose do they serve?

All they seem to do is bring a person down

Ask for feedback… Get over the denial of it

Process it… And learn to move on

Forgive who you need to forgive

Let go of those that are toxic in your life

Give 5 people a compliment today

Give 5 more people a compliment tomorrow

Quality memories are the ones to hold on to

Happy, friendly, and fun times hold on to those

Motivational, inspirational and loving times as well

Use these positive times to enhance your relationships

In your mind draw a line of good and evil

Above the line is good and below the line is evil

If you catch yourself with thoughts below the line

Quickly bring out a quality memory you have stored in there

Throughout the day be joyful that you’ve lived another day
