To my wife, Lisa.

When did the world begin?

When did the sun first shine?

I think I know when it might have been,

When your eyes first met mine.

When did my heart first beat?

When did I start to see?

The first time our lips did meet,

Your kiss gave true love to me.

Now time has passed and we are one.

Joined as man and wife.

When people ask, how long we’ve been together

I tell them for all of my life.
